Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Beauty products and food products are not refundable.
Please be sure of the product you want to purchase.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Refunds with receipt will be made according to the price paid at the time of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SELLER POLICY
Sellers on the platform must comply with the following conditions:

Your subscription is without obligation, you can cancel it at any time.

After subscribing, you must provide us with valid identification and your company and tax numbers if you are registered.

You will be able to see all your orders to be able to process them.

The deposit of your money will be made every Friday byInterac or PayPal.

As soon as you receive an order, you must prepare it so that the delivery person can collect it and send it to customers as quickly as possible.

If the order is not ready for collection, you must inform us 24 hours before the delivery person arrives. Otherwise you will be charged a penalty fee of $14.99

If the order is defective or not similar to the photo on the platform, the customer will have the option to return the product and you must refund the amount due as soon as you receive it and have confirmed that everything is correct.
